Tuesdi Woodworth
Director

Tuesdi Johnson Woodworth was born and raised in Belfast, Maine. After attending Michigan State University, she was employed in the banking industry for 14 years. For the past ten years, she was employed as the CFO of a Maine boatbuilding company. Ms. Woodworth is very passionate about Maine’s marine industry, serving on the Board of Directors of the Maine Marine Trade Association for three years, including a term as President in 2009. She also sits on the Board of the Maine Job Council, and the Maine State Apprenticeship Committee.

Ms. Woodworth has resided in Bar Harbor since 1981.

Stacey Palmer
Maine Marine Trade Association

Stacey has over fifteen years experience in the marine industry. Her recent employment at the Maine Marine Trades Association as an Education/Industry Liaison involved workforce and training issues, for the marine trades in Maine. As MMTA’s liaison she helped deliver marine career awareness presentations to hundreds of Maine students. She also worked with other partners to help significantly modify the Maine State Apprenticeship Program for the marine and composites industries. Stacey has participated in three national Conferences on Marine Industry Technical Training and was asked by the national Marine Industry Technical Education Council to present at the International Boat Expo in Miami in 2008. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Maine Marine Trades Association, currently serves on the Board of Directors for the traditional boatbuilding Apprenticeshop in Rockland, and has participated in the Maine Clean Boatyards & Marinas Program Advisory Committee. She is an honors graduate of the University of Vermont; first learning to sail on Lake Champlain and now sails out of Rockport, Maine.
