Course Description

We are all negotiating every day at work. Our only option, really, is whether to do it well or do it poorly. This workshop will help you learn and practice some effective techniques for negotiating both internally and externally for your company. Everyone can benefit from stronger negotiating skills whether you deal with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors or co-workers.

Course topics include:

  • Positioning Practical Negotiating on the Job
  • Essentials of Communication
  • Negotiating Strategy and Tactics
