Course Description

These courses are designed to be taken as stand alone courses or as a series.

PART 1 ORGANIZING Project Management Basics of Planning & Organizing

Topics include:
  • Project Management Overview
  • Essentials of Project Management
  • Establishing the Project Foundation
  • Seven Stages of Project Management
  • Key Issues in Planning and Organizing Projects

PART 2 IMPLEMENTING Managing the Project and Teams

Topics include:
  • Managing Work Teams
  • Project Structure/Work Breakdown
  • Work Planning-Actions, Assignments, Resources and Risk Management
  • Scheduling, Resource Allocation and Final Planning
  • Implementing Project Mgt. on the Job

PART 3 ADVANCED PROJECT MGT. Fixing Tough Projects and Managing Risk

Topics include:
  • Nature of Workplace Risk and Where It Occurs
  • Identifying, Analyzing and Countering Risk (Avoiding Crisis Driven Projects)
  • Fixing A Poorly Managed Project
  • Dealing With Worst Case Scenarios

Registration Information

Regular Course Fee: Course Fees: Any Session $125, Take Any Three For $300, Take All Five For $475

Course fees must be paid in full prior to attending class.
